SUMMERTIME!

I'm glad it's summer! I have been playing in my swimming pool my Mamaw Black got for me! I LOVE the water! Mommy is anxious to get me in a real big boy pool!

For an 8 month old, I've got a busy schedule! I'm still army crawling alot, but I recently learned how to crawl on my knees...I'm not as fast that way, so I usually army. I have 2 more teeth, they are at the top, which gives me 4! I'm also attending Vacation Bible School this week! Yesterday I got to see Boomer (the Pacers mascot) and was thrilled!!!!!!!! My Gramma Cole was holding me, thank goodness, or I think I would have been really scared.

Also, as many of you know, it has been a very sad weekend for me and my family. My Great Grandpa Feldman passed away. I will miss him, but will remember him by the many great stories my Daddy and Grandma Toombs will tell me!

I'm sure he told Great Grandma Feldman all about me and now I have both of them watching over me!

It's Been a While!

It's been another long while since my last post. I've been very busy these last few weeks. Here's what I've been up to:
CRAWLING....or Army crawling if you will, and I am ALL OVER the place! "dad" and "mom" are a big part of my vocabulary now, although mom is sparce, "DAD" is almost constant.


Mom & Dad keep finding me this way when I am supposed to be sleeping! Ooooops!








I chase Sunny around ALL DAY and laugh at him when he punches me in the head-as you can see in this action shot! (Don't worry, he is clawless on all 4 paws and will not bite me!)

My first trip to the track!

Well, It's been a while since my last post, so I'll update you on what's been going on in my busy life! I got my first cold and had to visit the doctor. It turns out it was a virus and almost an ear infection (meaning in a couple of days it would have been a very bad ear infection but we caught it in time!) My mommy was so worried about me but I'm almost back to my old self now. I am taking an antibiotic and go back to the doctor again on Friday to see how I'm doing.

Mommy has officially gone to working part time which I really enjoy-and so does she! She works on Mondays and Tuesdays and is home with me for the rest of the week. We are going to have a lot of fun playing outside and hanging out together!

I went to the race track for my first time with Gramma and Grandpa Cole, Aunt Abbie, Daddy and Mommy. I saw my Pap there too, he works at the track! (Great Grandpa Cole) It was a lot of fun, but it took me a while to get used to the LOUD cars. They are very fast and I even saw one crash into the wall! My Aunt Abbie and I did a lot of napping during quals too!

6th month update

I went to the doctor this morning and things are looking great! I weigh 18 pounds 3 ounces and I am 28 inches long. I am in the 65th percentile for my weight and in the 90th percentile for my height. In other words, I'm a BIG boy!
You could say it has been a rough week! I have TWO teeth now and this morning I went through an earthquake and 3 shots!!! Whew! Life is rough.

It's my 6th month Birthday today!

This is our cat Sunny! I love petting him, but he doesn't like it too much! I like to pull his hair and tail too...

Time sure does fly! I'm 6 months old! I'm rolling over, sitting up all alone, and it's official...I have a TOOTH! It decided to pop out on Friday morning. I did pretty well through the whole thing. I would like to thank the makers of Orajel (so would my mommy and daddy!) for getting me through the pain! Bring on the pizza!

The Great Outdoors!

It was a beautiful weekend. I got to spend a lot of time outside! I loved touching the grass and swinging on our swing in the backyard. I am looking forward to being outside and swimming this summer! My mommy got a new job and will only be working on Monday's and Tuesday's now, so we will be spending a lot of time outdoors exploring! We thank God for the beauty of nature and are so thankful for the warm weather!
