Well, the time has come and there are no more babies in the Cole Household! Our sweet, precious, JOYFUL Nolan is two...and OFFICIALLY a BIG BOY! :) Although I LLLOOOOVVVVEEE sweet, precious babies, I've got to admit; life with our two amazing, fun, independent boys is pretty spectacular! Here are a few pictures from the wonderful celebration we had at our home (yesterday) on Nolan's big day...

His new favorite song is "Happy Birthday" and he LOVED hearing everyone sing it! :) He nodded at everyone singing as if to say, "yup, that's right, it's my birthday!" and clapped when we were done!

The cake looked AMAZING and more importantly, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! The treasure chest was a chocolate cake and the bottom was white cake with almond flavoring. It was wonderful and made by my friend, Kacy Perez! Look her up on facebook at Kacy's Kakes! :)

2 years ago, at 4:00 in the morning, we headed to the hospital to have a baby boy! Just 3 short hours later, at 7:09 am, this precious bundle of JOY was born! Our family of 3 became a family of 4 and he was the most wonderful addition. The Lord truly blessed us and gave us the most perfect little boy in the world. He stole our hearts from the moment we first held him and he makes us smile each and every day. We are so thankful for this special, AWESOME, CARING, LOVE-ABLE, BEAUTIFUL, HILARIOUS, SMART, INDEPENDENT, SILLY, SWEET boy!!!! We praise God for the wonderful gift of parenthood and give all the glory to Him for trusting us to be the parents of the most wonderful 2 year old!
