What I've been up to:

Dr.'s Visits: I had my very first appointment to see a surgeon at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital! It's nothing too serious, I have a hydro-hernia which may need to be removed in 2-3 months if it doesn't go away on it's own. I did great at my appointment and was such a big boy for the nurse and surgeon. I will keep you posted on my surgery! Please keep me in your prayers!
Surfing the web: I brought my laptop to play with while we waited to see the doctor.
Eating: and my new found love is "CHO-LOC-O-LATE" pudding! (aka chocolate pudding)
Hugging: I love to torture Sunny!Wrestling: Sunny doesn't like it as much as I do!
Playing: I love to decorate daddy with stickers!

I am also very excited to announce that in just 5 short days we will find out if I am going to have a baby brother or baby sister! Mommy's appointment is this Monday (Feburary 1st) and we are sooo anxious to see what's cooking in there! Becides a little back pain, mommy has been feeling great with lots of movement from the baby. Mommy's belly sure is getting B-I-G! :)
We cannot believe this pregnancy is almost halfway over, mommy is trying to enjoy every minute of it!
I will be sure to keep you posted on the gender news!

Merry Christmas!

We had our 3rd Christmas on Christmas Eve morning with Grandma and Grandpa Cole, Aunt Abbie, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Chad, Kate, GiGi and Pap. Can you find me among all of the presents?!?! :)
We had a BLAST together this Christmas...I can only imagine what next year will be like!
"working" on our new laptops!
Christmas carols and candy canes with Grandma!
Later on we traveled to Grandma and Grandpa Toombs' house to have Christmas with them and Uncle Justin! I'm so into trains this year and LOVED playing with this train set that belonged to Uncle Justin when he was my age!

After 2 Christmas celebrations on Christmas Eve, mommy, daddy and I went home to spend the night at our own house! Here I am on Christmas morning, I slept in until about 8:15 and was ready to see what Santa left! My Mamaw Black and Auntie BT also joined us Chrismas morning and we opened gifts and had a wonderful breakfast!
On Sunday we traveled to spend time with Papaw, Grandma and Great Grandpa Black. They got me a motorized Handy Manny 4 wheeler! Although I have been playing with it in the house and using it to travel room to room, I cannot wait to get this thing on the open road...or sidewalk this spring!
We hope everyone had a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!
"Happy Birthday Baby Jesus!"

We went to Aunt Cindy and Uncle Duck's (Doug's) house to celebrate Uncle Duck's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE DUCK! We love you!
I had a lot of fun with Steve and the guitar!
We were having dinner in the kitchen and Cy stopped eating mid-bite and said "I hear a guitar!" he jumped off of his chair and ran out of the room! The child is obsessed with guitars, drums, and any other instrument he can get his hands on!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE music!!!

Fun, fun, fun!

We celebrated our first of 7 Christmas' last Sunday with my mom's side of the family! We have such a large family, we rent out a resturant, hire a DJ, and spend the afternoon eating, dancing, and spending time together! Santa even stopped by to bring gifts for all of the good boys and girls!
I got a gift! That must mean I have been a very good boy! :)

Santa say's "HO HO HO!!!"
Love my Mamaw Black!

Kristie, Lance and Carsen came over for dinner last week! We love spending time with them and Carsen and I always have a great time together!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

We went to Niles, Michigan to celebrate Thanksgiving this year. The last time we were there, I was only 1 month old, so it was great to spend time with family that we have not seen in a while! We have many traditions in Michigan including dinner at Aunt Cindy and Uncle Tim's house, Black Friday shopping, and a family trip to the Christmas Tree Farm! We got to stay at Aunt Janis and Uncle Mike's house and I had a BLAST!!! They have 4 kitty kats and a bunch of fish that I LOVED playing with! Thanks to all of our family in Michigan for a wonderful time!
Here's Daddy, cutting down our tree!

We had to bundle up, it sure was COLD!
I love Aunt Abbie and Scotty!
Chase, Libby and me riding the horse and carriage to the tree fields! I has SO much fun playing with my big cousins!
Me and Libby enjoying our thanksgiving meal!
Playing games!

Ready to hit the slopes!!!

A SPECIAL note from my Daddy and Mommy:
Although there are
MANY things we are thankful for this Thanksgiving, one of the things we are most thankful for is the amazing blessing that God has given us!

Our family of 3 will soon become a family of 4!
That's right, we are expecting!
We are due mid-June and are absolutely THRILLED! Cyrus is SOOOOOOO excited to be a big brother! He really wants a "baby sissy" or at least that's what he says whenever someone asks him if he wants a brother or sister. We are sure he wants a sister so he won't have to share any of his toys!
Becides feeling a litte nauseated while riding in the car, things are going great and the baby is growing right on track with a very healthy heartbeat.
We will find out the gender in about 6 weeks and will be sure to keep you posted on any changes.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers for a strong and healthy baby! :)

Trick or Treat!

I am so proud of the pumpkin we carved!

BOO!!! Don't be scared, it's just me, Cyrus!

Forget the pictures, mom! I just want the candy!
Can we go now, please!?!
Here we go!
We were out for about 30 minutes and you should see all of the candy I got! I liked to ring the doorbells and say "Trick or treat, smelly feet!" (It was hilarious!)
Mommy said I could have 2 pieces of candy since I am 2 years old! I chose a Reese Cup and a sucker...YUM, YUM, YUM!
I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween!!!

Thursday night Grandma and Grandpa Cole took me to ZOOBOO!
Here I am in the Hay Maze! I made it through in about 50 seconds...there was CANDY waiting on me at the end! HA!
Cheating at the touch and feel game! I touched a seashell, deer antlers, feathers, and a giraffe's neckbone!!!
The Meerkats were silly!
Mr. Walrus came right up to the window and was licking it and talking to us! These guys were HUGE!
