I'm leaving town for a couple of days for our church softball tournament. I want to wish my Daddy, Grandpa, and the rest of the team GOOD LUCK in Roakoke, VA. We are praying for safety, health, nice weather and good fellowship! I'll post some pictures when we get back!

After my afternoon nap last week mom found me with white paint ALL OVER my face...she finally figured out where it came from...I have started to chewing on my crib and chipping the paint! Hope it's not leaded!

Time is going fast and summer is coming to an end....I'm trying to do all I can outdoors while it's still nice out. I've been to the zoo, to the Flavor of Fishers festival with Carsen, Kristie and Lance, on long walks with Mamaw Black, swimming with Colin,and love to ride bikes with mommy! Daddy and I also enjoy grilling out for dinner.

I'm standing all by myself now and walking all over the house with a walking toy that belonged to my Aunt Abbie when she was my age. I love walking! Mom thinks I'll be doing it on my own in the next few weeks! I'm getting SOOOO BIG!

Dale Hollow trip!

I went to Dale Hollow Lake for 4 days and 3 nights with Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa Toombs, Uncle Justin and Tracy. We had a great time, beautiful weather, and enjoyed the time spent together. I LOVED swimming in the WARM water and Grandpa even let me drive the boat!

Here's the update on my stats: I went to the doctor for my 9 month check up. I now weigh 20 lbs. 12 oz. I am in the 90th percentile for my height and the 55th for weight. The doctor said I am tall and lean but that I have a rather big head! (I'm in the 95th percentile for head size! HA!) Mom says it's because of all the brain I have in there! I'm also working on tooth number 8! and for the record; I found my nose and I really like to pick it!

Do I look like I'm ready for the water, or what?!

I spent my first night away from home with my Mamaw Black. It was my Daddy and Mommy's two year anniversary! Mommy missed me alot, but she did okay. They celebrated a wonderful 2 years with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.

I am pulling myself up on everything! My mom caught me this way when I was supposed to be sleeping.

We had a great party to celebrate Kate's 1st birthday! She got her own cupcake to eat all by herself. I can't wait until I am 1!

Cole/Talley Family Vacation!

My family and I went to Crossville Tennessee. We were there for 7 days and I experienced many things! The beach, the pool, fishing, and even going on a pontoon.
The week was wonderful but started out rough because I was teething, however all the pain paid off as I now have 6 teeth!
We thank the Lord I am feeling better and that we had such a great vacation together! We are truly blessed to have one another!

Gramma and Grandpa Cole watched me while Mom, Dad, Uncle Kelly and Aunt Abbie went horseback riding! They loved it!
They also went white water rafting on the Ocoee River (Grandpa Cole and Steve joined for that trip)! They said it was AMAZING and are ready to go again!

SUMMERTIME!

I'm glad it's summer! I have been playing in my swimming pool my Mamaw Black got for me! I LOVE the water! Mommy is anxious to get me in a real big boy pool!

For an 8 month old, I've got a busy schedule! I'm still army crawling alot, but I recently learned how to crawl on my knees...I'm not as fast that way, so I usually army. I have 2 more teeth, they are at the top, which gives me 4! I'm also attending Vacation Bible School this week! Yesterday I got to see Boomer (the Pacers mascot) and was thrilled!!!!!!!! My Gramma Cole was holding me, thank goodness, or I think I would have been really scared.

Also, as many of you know, it has been a very sad weekend for me and my family. My Great Grandpa Feldman passed away. I will miss him, but will remember him by the many great stories my Daddy and Grandma Toombs will tell me!

I'm sure he told Great Grandma Feldman all about me and now I have both of them watching over me!

It's Been a While!

It's been another long while since my last post. I've been very busy these last few weeks. Here's what I've been up to:
CRAWLING....or Army crawling if you will, and I am ALL OVER the place! "dad" and "mom" are a big part of my vocabulary now, although mom is sparce, "DAD" is almost constant.


Mom & Dad keep finding me this way when I am supposed to be sleeping! Ooooops!








I chase Sunny around ALL DAY and laugh at him when he punches me in the head-as you can see in this action shot! (Don't worry, he is clawless on all 4 paws and will not bite me!)
